I can see what you mean, but that curly haired guy (David Wolfe) is one of the most fully informed raw foodists around. He’s really just very confident in in the quality of the information he pervades.

I have this video and highly recommend it. If you’re interested in health, this belongs in your library.

It appears that ‘Food matters’, however what matters even more is Love.

Eating primarily Live foods for the last decade has made me feel more Love for myself, this planet and all my brothers and sisters.
